LIC or Life Insurance Corporation of India is a government organization for providing comprehensive life insurance policies. When it comes to LIC, do not consider only the insurance agent, as a job prospect. There are several other job vacancies in LIC that appear every year. For development officer position, the candidates have to pass LICDO examination conducted by LIC. The test pattern would include reasoning, English knowledge, numerical aptitude and general awareness for 50 marks each. Those who are selected would be called in for group discussion and interview process.
Those who are applying for assistant jobs in LIC should pass NACL examination. NACL stands for New India Assurance Company Limited. NACL conducts examination for candidates applying for assistant position in LIC. The test contains verbal and non verbal reasoning, English knowledge, numerical ability, general awareness and computer knowledge. Each session is for 40 marks and the candidates have to obtain 20 marks in each session for passing.
